"...As I previously discussed with you, DORIS has been a blessing to the operation of our agency. The diary system within DORIS has gotten us up to speed with clients and companies. We’re able to respond immediately to most customer inquiries.
One of the biggest advantages we’ve discovered is the reduced amount of time required to close day and close month. Without exaggeration, it took Mary 2-3 days to close month under our old system. She now does it in a matter of a few hours! And this is someone without a lot of bookkeeping background! We’re able to track passthrough payments like never before. When there is an accounting problem, we’re usually able to find it quickly and resolve it.
With new hardware installed, I expect use of the Transformation Station will also improve greatly. We look forward to other companies coming online.

...I just wanted to tell you how excited I am to see the many things the system can do. I am e-mailing customers policies to the mortgage companies and closing attorneys. One thing I like about DORIS is the fact they have always listened to the agents. You have always tried to accommodate us in whatever way you could. Being able to e-mail ID cards, copies of customer's policies and Bridget will save our office an enormous amount of time and help us to be more efficient.
